Company Statement on Ringba communications

On July 23, 2026, Ringba's CEO emailed Ringba's customers naming Kaliper and linking a demand letter from Ringba's counsel. We are writing for anyone who received that email or saw it circulated.
Kaliper is not Billy.com. Kaliper (A-Launch Inc.) is a separate company from Billy.com. They share no common ownership, officers, directors, employees, or control. Neither Billy.com nor Elijah Canfield has ever owned any part of Kaliper or held any role in it. Kaliper is not responsible for Billy.com's or Mr. Canfield's conduct.
The suggestion that Kaliper harvested, misused, or sold Ringba data is false. Kaliper provides software that our customers use to analyze and manage their own call traffic. We act on behalf of our customers, using customer-authorized integrations and customer-provided credentials, for the services they hire us to provide. We do not sell data, Ringba's or anyone's.
Listening to a customer's own calls is common practice in pay-per-call ecosystem. Operators already hire in-house QA teams and offshore listeners to review the same call recordings for quality, compliance, coaching, and disputes. That is ordinary, customer-authorized work. Kaliper's call quality product is software that replaces those human listeners: we transcribe and score the customer's own calls under the customer's authorization, for the customer's own operations. Treating that access as evidence of harvesting or improper recontact is a gross overreach. It would equally indict every QA listener already doing this job across the ecosystem.
