Custom call flags — Flags are now yours to define: name them, pick a colour, and put as many as you need on a single call. Flag combinations are filterable in the calls list and persist in the URL, so a flagged working set can be shared as a link.

United Dispositions results — A new ablilty to merge disposition columns into one shows every dispo detector the calls in one place, saveable as part of a view. Analyst-corrected answers now take priority over raw model output in Calls, Data Explorer and CSV exports, and dispositions are stored in one canonical place — which removes the case where a single disposition was counted twice.
