Getting Started

Welcome to Kaliper!

Kaliper is a one-stop place for analyzing your pay-per-call business.

It brings together data from multiple systems into one transparent playground where you can actually see what’s going on, experiment safely, and improve how your traffic performs. The platform is built as several modules — you can use them individually, or run everything together for full visibility and control.

The main modules are Ping Control and Calls Quality Control, with a few supporting tools around them.

Ping Control

By letting Kaliper route your Targets’ ping flow through Kaliper Relay, you gain full control over it.

You can analyze publishers (including Sub-IDs), refine campaigns, cap Targets, tweak auction timeouts, study and share coverage, and generally understand what your traffic is actually doing.

Calls Quality Control

Kaliper can fetch your calls from one or several pay-per-call platforms, transcribe them using one of the best AI speech pipelines available, and analyze the conversations with our proprietary graph-based detectors.

This helps you understand what actually happens during the calls — not just whether they happened.

Connecting a Call Tracking Platform

Step 1: Get your API credentials

Each platform requires an API token to allow Kaliper to read and update your account.

Step 2: Connect the platform in Kaliper

1. In Kaliper, сlick your organization name in the left sidebar to open Organization Settings. In the Connected systems section, click Connect to add a call tracking platform.

2. Select your platform.

3. Enter your API credentials and save.

Kaliper will immediately attempt to verify the credentials by making an authenticated request to your platform. If the connection fails, double-check that the token has read and write permissions.

Once connected, Kaliper begins a background sync of your campaigns, targets, publishers, and recent call history. The initial sync may take a minute or two depending on the size of your account.

Multiple platforms

You can connect more than one platform to a single Kaliper account. Each platform is managed independently. Campaigns and targets from all connected platforms appear together in Ping Control and Calls, so you can analyze traffic across platforms side by side.
