Coverage
The Coverage analysis page (/home/relay/coverage) shows ping coverage broken down by ZIP code. Use it to understand where your buyers are accepting calls, which geographies have high or low bid competition, and how coverage changes over time.
Filters and dashboard
The filter panel ("Search") is collapsible. All filters affect the dashboard stats and the table simultaneously.
Time:
Option | Window |
|---|---|
Last 12 hours | Rolling 12-hour window |
Today | From midnight to now |
Last 7 days | Rolling 7-day window |
Last 14 days | Rolling 14-day window |
Custom Range | Pick a date range (max 62 days back) |
A time-of-day filter (weekday/time) is available alongside the date selector, letting you narrow to specific hours or days of the week.
Entities: Campaigns, Buyers, Targets (multi-select dropdowns).
Geography: States, Counties, Cities, ZIPs — all searchable multi-selects.
Bid range:
Avg bid — filter to ZIPs within a specific average bid range (min–max, currency).
Max bid — filter to ZIPs within a specific max bid range.
Coverage Score — a range slider (0–100%) to filter by coverage score.
Include late bids — toggle (off by default). When off, bids that arrived after the auction window closed are excluded from coverage calculations.
Click Reset to clear all filters; click Create View to save the current filter state as a named View.
Note: Time filters like Today are resolved in the timezone set in your Profile. If no profile timezone is set, the interface falls back to your browser's local time — which is why two users can see different results for the same filter. You can change your timezone anytime in your Profile.

Coverage map
Click the map thumbnail in the dashboard to open the full interactive coverage map.
The map shows one point per ZIP code, colored by coverage score:

Timeline slider — when the current period contains multiple time buckets, a slider appears at the bottom of the map. Toggle Show series to enable it, then drag the slider to step through time buckets.
Close the map with the minimize button (desktop) or the Exit fullscreen button (mobile).
Limitations
Coverage data is ZIP-level only. There is no finer geographic granularity available in this view.
Custom Range maximum is 62 days. Date ranges longer than 62 days are not supported.
Late bids are excluded by default. Toggle Include late bids on if you want to count bids that arrived after the auction window closed toward coverage calculations.
Coverage Score is a percentage of pings with any accepted bid. It does not reflect bid amounts or revenue.
