Data Deletion for Connected Advertising Platforms

Last Updated: OCTOBER 7, 2026

This page explains what data Kaliper receives when you connect an advertising platform account to your
Kaliper organization, how you can stop that access, and how to have the data deleted. It applies to every
advertising platform Kaliper can connect to, today and in the future (see the list in section 1).

It covers only data obtained through an advertising platform connection. Deletion of your Kaliper user
account, your organization, or call data is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Supported platforms

Platforms are added to this table when the integration becomes available. The rules on this page apply to
all of them.

2. What data Kaliper receives

When an organization owner connects a platform, Kaliper receives and stores:

  • Access credentials issued by the platform for the ad accounts you selected. They are encrypted at
rest and are never shown in the product, in logs, or to Kaliper staff.

  • Who connected: the name and platform user ID of the person who completed the authorization, so
your organization can see who set up the connection.

  • Business identifiers: the ID of your business portfolio or manager account and the IDs, names,
currency, time zone and status of the ad accounts you selected.

  • Advertising structure of the selected ad accounts: campaigns, ad sets or ad groups, ads and
creatives (names, statuses, budgets, objectives, thumbnails and landing URLs).

  • Daily performance of the selected ad accounts: spend, impressions, clicks, reach and the
    conversion metrics the platform reports.

Kaliper reads this data only to show it to the members of your organization next to your call outcomes.
Kaliper does not create, edit, pause or delete anything in your ad accounts, does not read anything outside
the ad accounts you selected, does not read messages, posts, pages or audience data, and does not sell or
share this data with third parties. Retention: the data is kept for as long as your organization uses
Kaliper, or until you request its deletion as described below.

3. Stop Kaliper's access (self-service, immediate)

You can revoke access at any time, in either of two places. No request to Kaliper is needed.

In Kaliper

  1. Sign in as an owner of the organization.

  2. Open Settings → Advertising platforms.

  3. On the platform's card, click Disconnect and confirm.

Effect: the access credentials are deleted immediately and permanently, and Kaliper stops reading from the
platform. The advertising data already synchronized stays visible in your reports until you request its
deletion (section 4) or your organization is deleted.

On the platform

Remove Kaliper from the platform's list of connected applications:

  • Meta: Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps → Kaliper → Remove (or in Business Settings →
Users → System users, remove the Kaliper integration system user).

  • Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Kaliper → Remove access.

  • TikTok: Business Center → Settings → Authorized apps (or the equivalent for your account) → Kaliper → Remove.

Effect: the platform invalidates Kaliper's credentials, so no further data can be read. Kaliper checks the
connection daily and marks it as needing re‑authorization. To remove the invalidated credentials and the
synchronized data from Kaliper, also disconnect in Kaliper or send a deletion request (section 4).

4. Request deletion of the data

To have everything Kaliper received through a platform connection deleted, send a request:

  • Email: [email protected]

  • Subject: Data deletion request – <platform> (for example Data deletion request – Meta)

  • Include:

    1. the name of your organization in Kaliper;

    2. the platform and the account identifiers (Meta: business portfolio ID and ad account IDs; Google Ads:
      customer IDs; TikTok: advertiser IDs);

    3. the email address you use to sign in to Kaliper.

Requests must come from an owner of the organization, or we will contact the organization's owner to
confirm. We may ask you to verify your identity, for example by replying from the email address registered
in Kaliper, before we delete anything. This protects your organization from deletion requests made by
someone else.

You do not need an active Kaliper login to make a request. If you no longer have access to the organization,
say so in the email and we will verify your identity another way.

5. What happens next

Step

When

We acknowledge the request and ask for any missing information

within 2 business days

Access credentials are deleted and reads stop (if not already disconnected)

immediately on verification

All data listed in section 2 is deleted from Kaliper's production systems

within 30 days of verification

You receive a confirmation email with a deletion reference

when deletion is complete

Deleted data is also removed from encrypted backups on their normal rotation, within 14 days
after deletion from production. Kaliper may keep a minimal record of the deletion request itself (date,
organization, platform, reference) to demonstrate compliance, and any data it is legally required to retain.
Aggregated statistics that cannot identify your organization or accounts are not personal data and are not
affected.

6. Deleting your whole organization or user account

If you want to delete your entire Kaliper organization or user account, not only the advertising platform
data, follow the procedure in the Privacy Policy or write to
[email protected]. Deleting an organization deletes all its platform
connections and advertising data as described above.
